Editorial Reviews

Library Journal - Library Journal
This book is a sequel to the author's Inc. Youself (Macmillan, 1979), which is now near obsolescence with the pas sage of three federal tax laws since 1981. How To Profit 's contents are thinabout half of its pages devoted to reproductions of completed federal tax forms and tables arranged by state that laboriously compare state tax liabilities of individuals and corporations. The book concentrates on corporate tax is sues and tax avoidance, which may themselves soon become obsolete with pending federal tax legislation. Librar ies that own Inc. Yourself might consid er this companion volume; most others can skip it. Arthur J. Lieb, Library of Congress
