Obtain peace and serenity through relaxation

The techniques described by the author in his easy to read, concise book are excellent. It can easily be seen that Dr. Davis has a genuine desire to pass on to the reader the valuable insight and tools he has acquired in his field of expertise. I see this as a dedicated effort to help others improve their mental and physical health, and obtain peace and serenity through the art of relaxation. As a person who loves to read, I sincerely recommend this one.

This book helped me with my golf game

A freind of mine recommended this book because he thought if I could be more relaxed that it would help me with my golf game. It worked. I learned to maintain my composure instead of getting all worked up when I have a bad hole. I really recommend this book if getting worked up about stuff interferes with you being able to do your best at something you enjoy as much as I enjoy golf when I'm not getting all bent out of shape.
