About the Author

Cherelle graduated from Boston University summa cum laude, with a concentration in business law. After graduating from Columbia Law School with honors, Cherelle clerked on the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals for Chief Judge R. Guy Cole. She currently practices employment law at an international law firm, where she assists established and start-up companies in complying with employment laws.
