It does give you a 101 foods but i thought it would tell me stuff i didnt know like exp. Ried chicken has vitamin in it. That was just an unreasonable example but all it siad was stuff i already knew like common fruits and veges are good for you. I know that! Apples and oranges have lots of vitamins and minerals, well duh. It had no recipes or any other tips for speeding up the metabolism so im disapointed.
