There are only a few home-based baking books available so I read all of them. This is the worst one. Ms Davis has very little original content and directs the reader to use other sources for setting up their business. She also directs readers to purchase a membership in her on-line club where she supposedly tells them what she should have explained in her book.

Please do not consider the negative reviews. There is a group that has been going after this book and it is suspected they are against the cottage food movement. Please contact the author directly is you have questions about home-based baking and home food processing.
