Loved this book. This is for anyone who is looking for true anti-aging information - in other words, how to feel young which is most important. It does also cover how to look young, too. And it does it without suggesting plastic surgery or a bevy of medicinal and beauty products. How refreshing! This book really gets to the heart of the matter - it's all about attitude and wellness. Highly recommend.
