How To Tame a Rake [NOOK Book]

Overview

It was plain to see from the moment Wilhelmina arrived at his country estate that the devastatingly handsome Blake, Viscount Dangerfield, disapproved of most everything about her. The codicil to his father's will came as an unpleasant shock to Blake, Viscount Dangerfield. He had no desire to tie himself down at all, let alone to Wilhelmina--a skinny urchin, barely out of the schoolroom, with mousy hair, no bosom, and a hoydenish disposition. Cute Short Story, but alot unsaid

I wish this story could have been longer and been more in depth. The hero and rake in this story fall too quickly in love towards the end of the book. What caused this revelation to occur and how did he happen to finally realize he was madly in love with the heroine? His character showed only his preference in the "sowing your wild oats" and raking and whoring mode. I feel the story showed nothing regarding on how it led to the stages of him changing as a person who loved women to loving only one woman. The happy ending was all too sudden.
