    Excellent!

    I dont have young kids and I bought this book just in case I run into a little kid in need of entertainment. This app is that good. I would also like to encourage anyone who buys this app, or one of the other books by this developer, to please tell them if you would like more offerings. They seem to be laboring under the misconception that people buy iPhones to read more than people with NOOKs. Let's enlighten them, shall we?

    Sweet story

    I liked the narrator most as he really tries to bring the story to live. The images are nice, too.

    What about a cross-language version to train the childrens language skills?

    Stunning pics

    The pics were stunning. The story followed the movie fairly closely and was well read. Only downside - the app/story is not interactive. Just a "read to me".

    Looks good

    Haven't bought this but i cannot say enough about Hiccup and the dragon crew; i LOVED the movie and anything even remotely connected has to be good!!!!!

    Great read to me book with words highlighted.

    Visually kids can see in this storybook word for word in green being read to them. This is a delightful story, they did leave out both in the picture book and in the story that hiccup ends up with a prosthetic leg. I am sure this was done in thoughtful consideration to the very young children that will enjoy this book.

    Dragons

    Hiccup went to a ridge.he wanted to prove himself he could be a viking.he shot toothless.then the next day he visted the dragon and made him a new tail

    Entertaining for a 4 year old.
