I bought one, now I am reordering 5 copies for friends and family! Loved the book! Its SMART. Its witty...its a direct how-to manage/handle/approach business situations while being a fun and interesting book to read. Frances has a wonderful way of teaching valuable information while being humble at the same time. I am a better person for having read her book. Thank you!!

I'm in my mid 30's but have been in the business world since I was in college. I work in the Team Member Learning and Development area of an international company. One of the main professional development concerns that we heard in our needs assessment at the end of 2009 was how to train team members on business etiquette.
It seems like that would just be understood by people entering the workforce, but I know it's not something I received training on in my college curriculum. And so much of a job interview to the client relationship you establish, is not all about what you say as much as it is how you poise yourself and deliver your message effectively. How to Wow has been a newly discovered resource by my department and we are recommending it to managers and team members who have a need in business etiquette and appropriate business communication in their professional development skills.
