This book has some of the best Hulk Comics I have read in a long time. The story introduces a lot of new characters that will most likely play a part in World War Hulk. The Silver Surfer also makes an appearance at one point in the story. Those who know Hulk's history well know that he has had more then his share of tough breaks but, his situation on this alien planet of Saacar has to take the cake. The story in this book has Hulk at his best, doing what he does best, smashing everybody and everything in his path. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who loves The Big Green Giant.

This is the first graphic novel I have read in five years and it blew me away. I love The Hulk and have all of hus movies and have rad most of his comics since the character was created. The Hulk is launched to another planet by his so called friends on Earth and lands on a forbidden and desolate world where only the strongest will survive. Hulk fights in the arenas and becomes an ally to a motley group of fellow warriors. He lleads his group from slavery to being rulers of the entire world. Hulk meets and marries his queen and all seems just right for him until the shup he was sent to the world on explodes and kills Hulk's queen and unborn child. The art was spectacular and storyline was continouus and clearly written. This was the best story I have read from Marvel in a long time.

The Illuminati's transport for the Hulk runs into the pilot episode of LOST and he is sent crashing into a mysterious warrior planet. He is weakened from his travel and forced to do battle in Gladitor games...well you really don't need to force Hulk to fight. The story is a mix of Gladitor & Ten Commandments with the Hulk as the savior. Excellent art.

Best comic arc I've read. Engaging and made me emotionally invested. Hulk was portrayed in a way that showcased his intelligence and tragic kindness. Must read.

Before this story, Hulk at his best was a two dimensional character. I was never a fan, but I can't make it through this story with out being reduced to tears. Best. Hulk. Story. Ever.
