Overview

Forget the dangers of the jungle. In peril is Ruth’s heart when two hunky shifters become determined to claim her despite her humanity.

Trekking through the jungle isn’t Ruth’s idea of a good time, even if her companions are hotter than hell. With her sister missing, though, she’ll do anything to find her – slog through swamps, squish giant centipedes, and fight her attraction to not one but two males intent on seduction. But when she discovers there’s more to the hunks accompanying her than meets the eye, will she accept their alter wolf egos, or completely freak?

Fate sure has a wicked sense of humor, trying to make Kendrick think the chubby human he meets in the jungle is his mate. Joke’s on him, though, because despite his preferences and attempts to stay away, he can’t help but fall for the tall and curvy Ruth. Harder to swallow, his buddy is falling for her too.

Joel knows firsthand how fickle human emotions are, but when he meets Ruth, all his best intentions get swallowed by the jungle as she worms her way into his heart – and makes him want to trust.

When Ruth’s human morals get in the way of two wolves and their need to claim what’s theirs, they’ll have to team up and show her two are so much more pleasurable than one.

Warning: Can you handle a pair of hot wolves determined to claim an unsuspecting human? Expect extreme heat and a whole lot of fun in this threesome, jungle adventure. (MFM)

Kendrick and Joel are on a jungle mission to rescue human girls kidnapped by a legend of jaguar shifters. Ruth, decides she's going , too... It is her sister! Little does she know she is in the company of a pack of wolf shifters and two of them want her... REALLY BAD! Their wolves are after this human and she doesn't know why two guys would want her! Thus the race is on to see who will claim her or not... She's human! How do they deal with her human thoughts? Enjoy the antics in the jungle... This is a great read!

Ok Eve writes awesome books- skip this one because you cant go a paragraph without the heroine being fat or chubby or worse! Its so depressing. Im like oh shes pretty and by chapter five? 500 pound elephant. Now im over weight but me and my other friends are not that ugly. Her obsession with fat in this was sickening and an insult. Come on so shes over weight so what?

I thought I would by far like book #3 of this series the best. Wrong! This book is my favorite thus far. The way the feelings grew and built, all three wanting to deny the truth almost until it was too late... Ruth (not a typical female romance lead name) finds herself the only girl on an all-male mission in the jungle to find her sister. Very tall and curvy, she has always felt unattractive. So when Kendrick and Joel, best friends, start giving her the eye, she assumes it is part of some bet. Or perhaps just being the only female for miles. I don't like to give it all away, but of course, this is a shifter book and Ruth is human. :) Enjoy the ride...times two.

Why do they continuously point out shes over weight? Does it really matter after the time its mentioned? I mean really its not that important.

I love having a story line with an erotic romance like this. The heroine and situations were believable even given the paranormal element. A great, humorous and sexy read.

The only thing i dont like about this book is the over use of the word freakn. I know its supposed to be there because of the title but give me a freakn break. But since the first book in the series i have trained myself not to see that word and i love the books. Great plots, funny, and just as much story as sex.
