This is a study guide, NOT the text book. They neglect to put that this is the study guide in the title. They want you to think you are getting the text book. We ordered this book and tried to exchange it and the ebook company wouldn't communicate back with us. Barnes and Noble rep (Alex on 9-27 at 1:06 pm said no problem and told me to send an e-mail to the e-book company. No reply. Called Barnes and Noble rep Noel on Oct. 17 gave me yet another e-mail to send an e-mail to. Did that, still no reply. On Oct. 30 Kyle and then Jared still told us no problem. In fact, jared said his supervisor would call and give us a credit. No call. Then AFTER this we get an e-mail telling us we have to mail back the book and it must be within 30 days of receipt. The customer reps always said no problems and gave us different messages. VERY UNSATISFIED!!!
