Chapter OneWhite-Hot Mint Mocha Cocoa
Creamy hot chocolate with candy cane, coffee, and French vanilla - HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!
PER SERVING (12 ounces with whipped topping): 105 calories, 2g fat, 313mg sodium, 17g carbs, 2g fiber, 10g sugars, 4g protein
Two 25-calorie packets diet hot cocoa mix
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
2 teaspoons Coffee-mate Sugar Free French Vanilla powdered creamer
2 no-calorie sweetener packets
1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
2 tablespoons Fat Free Reddi-wip
1/3 peppermint candy cane (standard size), crushed
Combine cocoa mix, coffee granules, powdered creamer, and sweetener in a tall mug or glass.
Slowly pour in 12 ounces hot water, stirring until ingredients have completely dissolved. Stir in peppermint extract. If your drink is extra-hot, let it cool for a minute or two.
Top your drink off with Reddi-wip, and then sprinkle with crushed candy cane. Season's treatings!!!
