ABOUT YOUR EGG BAKE ...
* Cool it! Literally. Let your oven-baked dish cool for 5 to 10 minutes before digging in. The omelette will pull away from the edges a bit, making it easier to cut and serve.

¾ cup fat-free liquid egg substitute
DIRECTIONS
