Overview

Danger checks in at a summer resort...

Summer is starting off swimmingly for Frank, Joe, and Chet as they land jobs at the Konowa Lake Inn, a scenic resort in the mountains of North Carolina. But sure enough, trouble finds its way to the inn—and Joe and Frank are determined to find out why. A series of mysterious break-ins points to a local recluse and his two fierce-looking dogs. But as Frank and Joe investigate, it seems that almost everyone at the resort has something to hide.

The more the boys dig for answers, they more they realize that this case isn’t as simple as it seems. The strange incidents are somehow connected to the four brothers, a unique group of giant gemstones recently stolen from a museum. Joe and Frank have to survive vicious dog attacks, an angry nest of white-faced hornets, and drowning attempts in Konowa Lake before they can solve this multimillion-dollar case.

Hm, it was alright. If I would rate it, it would be a 3.5. You have many spelling, punctuation, and capitalization errors. Maybe if you looked over your writing before you posted it it would be greater. Other than that, nice begining. <br> - A Fellow Writer

I ran threw the forest the large twigs scraping me. I rushed like a bullet hearing the rabid dogs behind me. I thought to myself 'dont look back you must acomplish your mission' i finally came to a gorgue i looked around franticly until i saw a large spiky tree. I hesitated but swiftly climbed wincing at the spiky twigs jabbing into me. As i was making my way up one of the huge rabid digans ( but as human call them dogs) jumped on my leg biting it harshly. I yelped in pain bu kept my balnace then hit my leg to the side of the spiky tree. I scrunched my face in pan every time i hit my leg to the tree but it was worth it. Finaly the digans......i mean dog whimpered and fell off my leg landing on the ground with a thud. I laughed a little then another dog came with the maskin ( as humans would call them masked man) and i thought ' yep i laughed to soon' i finally climbed the las finally fat spiky branch. Suddenly i sliped and before i knew it i found myself danfling from the spiky branch the spikes habbing my hands. I yried to hold on but my hands couldnt bare the pain and i had to let go. My heart raced as i fell torward the portal to the unforgiving horrid universe or as humans kno it as ........Earth. ( please rebiew i wilk write the secound chaoter later)
