    Fantastic

    I loved every moment of this book. I thouht the author did a fantastic job with the four main characters and I found myself falling in love with each of their stories in this book. I read many books. I always have one going and this was the first time that I found myself laughing with the antics of one of the characters. Each one had a heartfelt story but Miss Winny was always saying something to make me laugh. I will be looking for more books from this author. Loved it! This book takes place at Atlantis in the Bahamahs and that made it even more enjoyable. I wish I could have been there with each of these ladies and enjoying the good times with them. Read this book... Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

    Great Beach Read

    Read on my Nook and fell in love with the characters right off -- four women of different cultures and generations meeting up in unlikely circumstances at a stunning resort. The author tells four engaging stories concurrently (only a few short threads left dangling). There's catlike conflict at times among the women (how lifelike is that?)-- but there's also a camaraderie that's enviable. The description of the location's natural and manmade attractions puts the reader right in the center of the scene. I almost forgot I was inland as I read. The only thing that would have made this better would have been to read it while staying at a resort somewhere in paradise. Discussion questions were insightful and thought provoking.

    This book is awesome!!!!!

    This is a great book. It is a book about coming to grips with the hurts of the past and overcoming them in the hands of a loving God. This is not a self- help book but a novel that allows the reader to see God's healing in some of the most unexpected ways. There was romance, intrigue, and laughter. The tropical setting is true to my heart since I live in hurricane alley (south florida). I would love to see the author do a book showing the next seasons in each of the main character's lives. This book kept me interested. It was a great read with many nuggets of truth.

    Loved!

    This is in the top ten of all the books i have read. Going through a broken marriage right now and this story was an amazing comfort to me. 4 different women...4 different storms and Denise brings them all together. You experience a wide range of emotions and the author is fabulous at portraying passion without giving away too much.

    Could have moved quicker

    I enjoyed the book and I really fell in love with the characters. However, I felt that the book dragged a lot, and I got bored and started turning pages until something actually started to happen again. There was way too much reflection going on in the minds of the characters that was repetitive. After each character's mindset was established I wish the author would have just moved on with the story. An ok read, but not a book that I would pick up again.

    Loved It !!!!

    I loved this book, can relate to the characters being from the south and having lived with some of these things. Amazing book, made me laugh, made me cry and made me awww. I would highly recommend it, I couldn't put it down.

    This is a crying book

    This was a good book, but I wish I had been warned that it's a crying book. It's 264 pages and I cried for 200 of them, which is not my favorite way to spend time. The story itself was good; the synopsis focuses on Riley, but it's really about four women and the relationship that builds between them in the week they're together. It's a lovely drama, but not at all what I expected.

    Excellent Read

    This is the first book I have read by this author. But believe me will read more! I laughed I cried did not want this to end. Being a southern girl and a Baptist I just loved this book. It made think and to realize even more that his love for us is everlasting. We need more books like what Mrs. Hildreth Jones has written. So thankful I found this. Keep it up!

    Loved it!

    To be honest I was really nervous to read this book because it wasn't anything like the Savannah series which I have fallen in love with but figured I really like Denise's style and her messages so I thought I would give it a chance. I am so glad I did. It was a very emotional book with 4 different characters all on different paths in their lives and they come together and form strong bonds with each other. The message this book tells is one that people need to hear over and over because we all have to go through our own personal Hurricanes and this book is just a great example and reminder to us. I highly recommend anything that Denise Hildreth has written!

    Great for a road trip!

    I finished the book thinking - "this really sounds like a REAL story." I was amazed at this book.it drew me in and made me a part of the story.

    It had ups and downs and kept the imagination rolling. It made want to cry NO at the last part of the book but still showed how God makes restoration through many storms.

    The characters felt like my real friends - who all have real problems.

    I would not recommend this book for the young because of "grown-up" situations.

    It was a very simple read and would be great on a road trip.

    Hurricanes indeed

    Loved this book could not put it down loved getting to know the four ladies. It has lessons we all can learn from give the book a try and enjoy the wild hurricane ride

    Love this Book

    Denise Hildreth is a great author and this book does not disappoint. Set on the islands it puts some great characters together. There is some friendships formed and lessons learned. A girlie book but a must read
