Editorial Reviews

Crystal Mercado
I love the book. I read it in one sitting because once I started I could not put it down. The story is detailed enough that I can visualize each part of the story without being overwhelmed by too many details. I like that life was not automatically easy for Chelle just because she was saved because we all have to deal with the difficulities of life. I could not believe that Shona went back to Ramsey after he beat her! Can't wait for the next book, keep up the great writing!!!

    Great debut effort!

As the editor, I had the opportunity to be the first to lay my eyes on Christie Black's Hurry Up and Wait. She does not hold back with her debut novel. The story goes into the life of three friends who have to deal with the hands they were dealt while waiting on their journey with God. It is fast paced, spiritual, and a full dose of drama. Again, great debut effort. I'm looking to read more from this author.
