Here it is, the Best Original Screenplay 2009

Now, everyone can read Oscar Winner Mark Boal's screenplay and see why 'The Hurt Locker' was such a brilliant and original film. It won Best Picture just like I said it would and now everyone will know what I was making such a brouhaha about. We feel as though we're there with the soldiers in the heat and the tension is racketed up so high that yu're relieved when it's over and want to se it again. Highly recommended.
    Excellent!

    I Also Recommend:

"The Hurt Locker" by Mark Boal and Kathryn Bigelow, is a remarkable insight into the daily life of an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Team (EOD) in the Army. A must read!!

This book is amazing!!! Never before have i purchased a book that was a shooting script.. I had wanted to see the movie but first I had to read the book. The way "The Hurt Locker" is written, even as a script, you can picture and play out the scenes in your head. It is so detailed that you become part of the story and cant help but feel emotionally invested in the portrayed soldiers. This is a great look into what a day in the life of a real Explosive Ordnance Disposal Team (EOD)in the Army, consists of. I really dont think this book/story would have had the same intensity or effect had Mark Boal not taken the time to actually go to Baghdad and spend weeks riding with these soldiers into highly dangerus situations and daily battles to get an inside perspective. Extroardinarily written, this book will keep you on the edge of your seat and make you appreciate what these soldiers do, day in and day out, to put their lives on the line so we can go to bed each night and live our daily lives safe and sound back home.
