Editorial Reviews
All Music Guide - Richie Unterberger
Hurt: The Best of Timi Yuro is a 25-track compilation of her Liberty work, all but one song dating from her commercial and artistic peak in 1961-1964. It includes all of her chart singles and some of her more memorable LP tracks, as well as an informative history by Dawn Eden. This is a jumpy document of an impressive talent whose material was not always up to her skills, with early-'60s orchestral arrangements ranging from effective to dated.
