Kudos to Cheryl Bradshaw.... I have read and enjoyed all the books in this series of Sloane Monroe mysteries and this latest one is no exception. The mystery begins on the first page and holds your attention until the final page is turned. Secrets are revealed, lives are changed, motives are questioned... all the elements of a good suspense story are included. Sloane is at a crossroads in her life and the case she is working on helps her deal with her indecision and angst. Great read and great job by Cheryl Bradshaw. Note... once you start reading you will not want to put it down!

I've loved all Cheryl Bradshaw's Sloane Monroe books and "Hush Now Baby" is no exception. It's a great read. From the first chapter when I was shocked by what occurred, thru the twists and turns of the investigation, right up to the surprise ending this book had me turning its pages way past my bedtime. But this book is more than just a simple "who done it" because of the author's skilful character development of Sloane, something which has been steadily built upon in each book and yet we get to see more of the complexities of her strength and vulnerability in this particular story. All together "Hush Now Baby" is a most enjoyable read and I have no hesitation in recommending it. I received a free copy of the book for my honest review.

This book was just 'okay' for me. I felt that parts of it were actually a bit dull and parts of it were a little cheesy. Not a grest choice if you're looking for a mystery you don't want to put down.

Another great book (#6) in the Sloane Monroe private eye series. I couldn't put it down! Gripping story that made me stay up too late reading.  Sloane finds herself in Wyoming, wondering if she has it on her to ever take on another case.  Then Cade's cousins baby disappears, and she is compelled to try to help. Sloane is an interesting character, and you can't help pulling for her. If you're already a fan of the series, you won't be disappointed. If you've never read it, do yourself a favor and read all 6 books!

The unbelievable love interest took away from the mystery. I spent most of the book being annoyed with the Sloane character. She needed help psychologically before she could even conceive of any type of relationship. Simone24

HUSH NOW BABY By: Cheryl Bradshaw Hush Now Baby is another Sloane Monroe book by Cheryl Bradshaw. This can be read as a-stand-alone with no problems. I really enjoyed Hush Now Baby and the author did a great job on the story and the characters. If you love a good action , suspense, and mystery , then you will love this one. Grab you a seat and hang on for your life because you are in for a ride. There is an adopted baby gone missing and the adopted mother is dead. Sloane and Cade have their hands full with this one, plus other things happening too. This was a complimentary copy , but I was not told I had to give a positive review.

This was a good book, well written, good plot and character development. It's short, only 209 pgs. It wasn't a page turner for me but I liked it enough that I will read more by this author and would recommend it. Again, it short 209 pgs

This was a really good read. She has a way of putting the story together and keeping you interested through the whole book I truly enjoyed reading it. I hope she continues to keep writing books about Sloan. Love her!

Not really my cup of tea. Too much focus on the relationship and not enough on the story, it wasnt one of those "cant put it down" kind of books for me.
