This is one of System's best CDs. It has a similar sound to Mezmerize, but some of the songs are like Toxicity(album), too. It starts off slightly heavy, but cools down at bits. It also has a very interseting case, connecting to Mezmerize to form a painting by Vartan Malakian, Daron's father. If you have Mezmerize and not Hypnotize, I would suggest that you buy it, and if you're getting Hypnotize and don't have Mezmerize, I would suggest that you buy Mezmerize also. The music and vocals on this CD is wonderful. Unlike in the past, we hear a lot of Daron's vocals on this CD, which adds an interesting touch. If you are a System fan you have to get this!

Of course, truth also drives SOAD to make passionate, if slightly ...
