The book gave no concrete examples of anything. Even it's menu ideas were no more specific than eating every few hours and increasing your percentage of protein. It talked mostly of the belief that physicians don't think the condition exists. Most of it's advice was vague at best and geared towards adults. I was very dissappointed and have no new information on my child's condition.
