I wish I could tell every daughter in the world that they must read this book. This book has the potential to be life changing for many women. I lost my own mother in 1995. Although we had a close relationship, it was not without some issues. This book helped me to see her in a new light. My reason for reading it at this time was due to a heartbreaking two year estrangement with my own grown daughter. I pray that some how she will find this book and read it, before it's too late. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

This book brought up so many issues that I wanted to explore with others I created my first ever book club to discuss with female friends their views and experiences. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
