This is a good book if you want a quick read. It felt like the author was just "summing" things up and was rushed. I thought this was going to be a longer book, a true journey to recovery. I would not recommend this book to anyone simply because it doesn't offer the reader anything except time wasted. I hate to be so critical, but as I am recovering from depression and I can relate to what the author is writing about, I feel that the author and this book could have provided more. I know that if I was to write my person story of recovery it would include what worked and what didn't. It is great that Jenny was able to find something that worked for her. I congratulate her in her diligence and long awaited relief. I will not be reading any further books from this author as I cannot get the time back that was spent reading this book.
