Meet the Author

Dawn Luedecke has two short stories out from Books to go Now, 'Beacon of the Night' and 'I Heard the Bells' which are both part of ‘The Life Saving Series’. She currently lives on the west coast with her husband and two spunky children. She grew up a country girl in the western states of Montana, Idaho, and Nevada. Her passion for writing Historical Romance stems from her youth; where she would spend many afternoons reading books, watching Western classics and Rogers and Hammerstein movies.

She served in the United States Coast Guard from 2001 to 2005, which is what has inspired her to write ‘The Life Saving Series’. In her free time she enjoys making crafts, camping, and going to the gym. If you have any more questions, feel free to visit her website at www.dawnluedecke.webs.com.

    Touching

In “I Heard the Bells,” Luedecke delivers another touching nautical romance. The story revolves around Abigail and Gavin, two residents of a lifesaving station off the coast of Cape Disappointment. When Nash, Abigail’s brother and Gavin’s best friend, disappears during a storm, Abigail and Gavin do everything they can to find their loved one... and start expressing their love for each other in the process. A great follow-up to “Beacon of the Night.”
