Chapter One

Becky Harte inched through the doorway of the risque sex shop, Wild Honey, with a great deal of trepidation. Warmth and the subtle scent of incense greeted her. She knew her eyes were huge, but she couldn't manage a single blink.

It was still something of a shock that the small, conservative town of Cuther, Indiana had such a shop in its midst.

It was doubly shocking that small town, conservative Becky would be visiting that shop.

Her heart pounded, her face was hot, and her hands shook. Never ever in her life had she expected to do such a thing. Yet here she was, not only inside Wild Honey, but on a sexual mission. A mission designed by her two well-meaning friends, Asia and Erica. Becky knew they were both watching her progress from the company lounge across the street, in the toiletries factory where they all three worked.

Before the door closed behind Becky, she peeked over her shoulder and sure enough she could see the twin pale faces of Erica and Asia pressed to the window on the second floor of the factory. She couldn't back out because they'd both know and she liked them too much to want them to consider her a coward.

The three of them had made a pact, and by gosh, she'd keep to her end of the deal.

Drawing a steadying breath, Becky released the door and it swung shut with a tinkling of chimes and a sense of finality that made her jump. Becky held her coat tightly closed at her throat and looked around. What she saw was ... unexpected.

Wild Honey was actually pretty elegant. It was clean and neatly organized and colorful. There were display tables laden with books and tapes, every wall lined with shelves of more books, magazines, and some boxed items. Biting her lip, Becky forced herself to take a few steps. A woman behind the counter greeted her. "Hi. Can I help you find something?"

Good Lord! Surely the saleslady didn't expect her to discuss such things. Numb, Becky shook her head and turned away, hurrying to the back of the large room. An open door that led into another room offered her a place to hide. She ducked inside.

And immediately stalled.

Mouth falling open, Becky stared about in mingled horror and fascination at the items hung from the walls. Why, there were things that looked like ... like penises. Enormously large penises. Blue, white, and black penises. Penises in every color of the rainbow. Two-foot long penises, for crying out loud. Double-headed penises.

Without realizing it, Becky drifted closer, mouth still gaping, eyes so wide it was a wonder her eyeballs didn't fall out. This had to be a joke. Sure, she wasn't experienced, but she wasn't an idiot either, and there was no way all those penises could be ... functional. No way. It was impossible.

She looked away from the display of artificial penises with a disbelieving shake of her head and a barely audible snort. They were probably gag items, used for bachelor parties and such. That made more sense than anything else.

Her attention got snagged on a new contraption and she studied it. She had no idea what it might be, but there were boxes stacked beneath the one on display, with instructions printed on the back. Made of what looked to be hard plastic, the device had several elastic straps and little pointy rubber things sticking out here and there, and a place for batteries. Becky studied it, then picked up the box to read the description.

Gasping, she dropped the box, jerked around-and ran full tilt into a tall, hard male body.

She would have screamed if she had any breath. As it was, she staggered back from the bruising impact and almost fell over the stacked boxes. At the last second, the man caught her and held her upright.

"Hey, easy now."

Becky froze. Dear God, she recognized the voice that had haunted her most carnal dreams for two years now.

Big hands settled on her shoulders, steadying her, and with a wince of dread, Becky slowly looked up-into familiar mocking black eyes.

Oh no. No, no, no. Not someone she knew. Not this particular male someone.

He bent to meet her eye level, one glossy black brow raised, one side of his sensual mouth tilted up in a smile. "You okay, Ms. Harte?"

Becky squeezed her eyes shut, praying that not seeing him might help. It didn't. She was oh so aware of him standing there.

"Becky?" His voice was gentle, insistent, rough, and masculine. Her skin tingled from his touch and her heart lodged in her throat.

Using the edge of his fist, he tipped up her chin, which effectively closed her mouth, too. After a second, he chuckled. "You know, you're so damn red you're going to catch the place on fire."

Becky swallowed hard and rallied her scattered wits. In a whisper, she admitted, "I'm mortified."

"Yeah? How come?"

She tucked in her chin, refusing to look at him again. George Westin was the man of her dreams, the epitome of everything dark and erotic and forbidden. Whenever she thought of how sex should be, she thought of George.

He had the most compelling eyes-dark, daring, filled with carnal knowledge and challenge. He looked at a woman, and she felt his attention like a physical stroke.

He was looking at her now. Becky gulped.

All the women at the factory adored George, and they all whispered about him. Becky had heard the rumors about his astounding reputation and the validations by a couple of the women he'd dated. By all accounts, George had ... a lot, and knew how to use it. Becky wasn't entirely certain what a lot meant, except that he could make a woman very, very happy in bed.

For the two years that she'd known him, she'd done her best to hide her own reaction to him. She hadn't wanted him to see her as just one more woman who lusted after his gorgeous body and his sexual knowledge. She'd pretended an indifference to him, pretended to see him only as a supervisor, not as a man.

In truth, being anywhere near him made her tongue-tied.

Now here she was, not a foot away from him, his hot hands touching her, standing in the middle of a porn shop with pleasure probes behind her.

Becky groaned.

Apparently amused, George released her, only to throw a heavy arm around her shoulders. He led her a few feet away, his hold easy but secure. "Take deep breaths, Becky. It'll be all right."

At his casual familiarity, Becky peeked up at him again. His neatly trimmed, silky black hair was disheveled by the blustery wind outside, and his cheeks were ruddy with the cold. He must have just come inside. And of course, she had to literally run into him.

He leaned around to see her face. "I can call you Becky, right? I mean, the situation lends a certain intimacy, don't you think?"

Think? She was supposed to think? He had to be kidding.

"Becky?"

He was incredibly tall. And he smelled incredibly good. She wanted to lean into him and inhale his wonderful scent.

At work she always made sure they stayed on a professional footing. George had often tried joking with her; he'd tried flirting with her a little, too, teasing her. But she'd known there was no future in it, that she couldn't get involved with him. She'd kept things friendly, because she'd rather have at least that much with him, than nothing at all. If she'd encouraged him, he was the type of man who would have wanted sex.

Incredible sex.

Naked, sweaty sex.

And she couldn't do that.

So he'd backed off. Not completely, because he still chatted with her and he sought her out more than most of the men she worked with. But he seemed to have accepted her unspoken decision-to be friendly associates, but nothing more.

The poor man had no idea she lusted after him every single night.

After clearing her throat-twice-Becky managed to say, "We're not at work, Mr. Westin, so sure, you may call me Becky. There's no reason to be formal ..." She strangled on the word, here.

"Exactly." George gave her an approving smile, likely because she'd succeeded in stringing more than two words together. "And do call me George."

Like a sleepwalker, Becky allowed herself to be led through the shop. When she'd agreed to this daring scheme with Erica and Asia, she had envisioned running into some unknown, never-to-be-heard-from-again man and getting through the whole ordeal with a modicum of remote familiarity. Not once had she envisioned running into George.

Tomorrow, she'd see him at work, probably several times. He was a supervisor, not over her floor, but they had contact on and off throughout the day. He'd look at her, and he'd know she'd been here, checking out ... penises and pleasure probes and God only knew what else.

She'd never survive the embarrassment.

George halted them next to a very small curtained booth well away from the wall displays. "Better?"

Becky drew a breath and forced herself to stop behaving like the backward and inexperienced hick she actually was. "I'm sorry. I'm just ... well, I'm obviously not used to being in places like this."

"Obviously." George released her and shoved his hands deep into his pants pockets. His coat and suit coat parted over his middle, showing a flat abdomen, a wide chest. His hands pulled his slacks taut, and she noticed other, more interesting things.

He cleared his throat, and Becky jerked her gaze away from his belt buckle and the heavy weight of his sex beneath. Being in a porn shop must have muddled her senses to have her staring at him there like a lecher.

At his leisure, George lounged back against the wall, next to that dark curtain. He wasn't embarrassed. In fact, he still looked amused as he studied her face in that scrutinizing way of his. "Looking for something in particular, are you?"

At first, she thought he was referring to where she'd just been staring-at his crotch-and her mouth fell open in shock. Then she realized he meant his comment in a more general term, concerning her visit to the porn shop. Her reaction to that wasn't much better. Only sheer force of will kept her from running away. "I was just ... curious," she lied.

She wasn't about to tell him the truth, that she was here to meet a man.

A specific man.

A man with precise sexual predilections, which would finally enable her to get rid of her virginity without distress.

"Uh-huh." George grinned, showing white teeth and a dimple in his cheek.

To Becky's mind, George was already too handsome for his own good. The dimple was overkill.

Even Erica had made note of him several times, and Becky trusted her opinion since Erica knew a whole lot more about men than she ever would. But Erica had also called George a rogue, a womanizer, even a sex addict.

Becky remembered that Erica had smiled when she'd made those accusations.

Asia, now madly in love with Cameron, had commented on George, too. In fact, Asia had commented on him several times recently, as if she'd been determined to make sure Becky noticed him. Becky shook her head. It wasn't likely any woman could not notice George, considering he stood so tall and was so dark and emanated such raw sex appeal.

She figured him to be in his late thirties, and judging by his reputation, he'd lived those thirty-odd years to the fullest.

"Cat got your tongue?" George cocked his head to the side. "Or are you considering buying one of those pleasure probes?"

Becky reeled back, scandalized, horrified, embarrassed beyond belief at the mere suggestion. "Of course not!"

George chuckled, but his chuckle dwindled into a warm smile when he looked at her mouth. He kept looking, his expression so fixed Becky began to fidget. "Calm down, Becky. I was just teasing."

The front door chimed and several more men from her workplace wandered in. Becky blanched at the thought of being recognized yet again. "Oh good Lord."

George glanced at the men. "Don't want to be seen here, huh?"

Panicked, Becky searched around for a place to hide. "I'd rather not, no."

"Then I'll be your white knight." So saying, George took her upper arm and moved the curtain aside. He stepped into the booth, dragging Becky with him. "We can hide in here until they're gone."

The curtain dropped back into place, leaving them in darkness. Becky went utterly still, more aware of George as a man than she'd ever been of any man in her life. Of course, she was sequestered with him in a tiny booth, in the darkness, in a porn shop.

How in the world had she gotten into this predicament?

She and her friends had made the deal-they'd each go to Wild Honey, find a man who shared an interest in her fantasy, and approach him.

The idea had been to get back into the sexual swing of things. Not that Becky had ever been in the swing. She was twenty-five and a blasted virgin, as innocent as a child, without a single speck of experience.

But not for the reasons her friends assumed. Yes, she was shy. Yes, she was moral and believed in love and marriage. But that had nothing to do with why she'd avoided any intimate contact with a man.

The real reason was a shame that ran bone-deep, an ... affliction she'd dealt with using avoidance.

Until now.

Her proclaimed fantasy, that of bondage, had everything to do with it. If a man was tied up, well then he couldn't control anything. Like the lights. She could keep the room black as pitch. She could even blindfold him and there'd be nothing he could do about it. He'd probably even like it.

She'd be able to find out what all the hoopla was about sex, without worrying that he'd see her, or touch her. She'd be able to look at him, to sate herself on his body, to touch him and taste him and yet she'd keep her own appearance, her body, her flaws, private.

He'd never know.

Asia had gone first, and for her things had worked out perfectly, to the point where she was due to marry Cameron soon. Not that Becky expected to get married, not now, not ever. But she was so lonely, so hungry. She wanted to share lovemaking. She wanted to experience mind-blowing sex. She craved so, so much.

All she needed was the right man to indulge her.

Becky drew a breath, trying to reassure herself. Instead she breathed in George's scent again. It turned her insides to mush.

George moved beside her in the cramped space, and she heard a clink, like the dropping of change, then a small hum. Two seconds later, the booth lit up and a film played on the wall in front of them.

Becky stared. "This is a movie booth?"

"A place to see previews of the different videos before buying one." George studied her, strangely alert, as he waited for her reaction. "You pop in a quarter, pick the number of the film you're interested in, and you get to see a few minutes of it."

"My, um ... what a good idea."

    I too LOVE BAD BOYS

I have read various books by all three of these authors, but when I picked up this book by Lori Foster, Donna Kaufmann and Janelle Denision together in one book, it was a one sitting reading! They all have been autobuys from me from their harlequin line and I am looking forward to more of their releases.

WOW! I want more stories like these ...

INDULGE ME by Lori Foster. This is the second of related stories about three friends that have made a pact involving a visit to "Wild Honey" a new sex shop in a small and conservative town. Now, is the turn of Becky Harte. She is very shy and inexperienced. When she is at the shop she mets George Westin, who is a supervisor at the factory where she works and is the man of her dreams. George is a very atractive and experienced man and is atracted to Becky, but she has kept him at a distance, hiding her own atraction to him. Now, Becky and George are going to live their fantasies and they are going to have a well deserved happy ever after. This story involves a little bondage, and it is done with very good taste and with a funny twist. My only complain is that the story ended too soon. NAUGHTY BY NIGHT by Janelle Denison. Gabe McKenzie had walked away from Chloe Anderson six years before, believing he was doing the honorable thing by giving her the chance to find someone who could giv her everything he couldn't (a torn ligament in his knee ended his career as a professional football player before it ever began). Now he return to recover her since he never been able to forget her. Now a poker game and the high stakes they set give them four nights to try recover the lost time and accept that they are made for each other. ...AND WHEN THEY WERE BAD by Donna Kauffman. Cameron James IV has spent his entire life being Mr. Nice Guy, now for the next two days he just wants to have fun with a bad girl in a club named Intimacies located at a Caribbean island. However, he is atracted to a nice girl, Allison Walker, who also is trying to find her inner wild side. Together they will be very bad and will discover that they want a lifetime together. Unlike in most anthologies, here all the three stories are excellent. I highly recommend it!

    Hot!

This book is hot from start to finish. Have a cold drink and a fan ready before you sit down and indulge in the book. All three stories are great. Although, I would have loved for all of the stories to be longer.

A book garentee to keep you warm on a cold night.

This book was one of the best I have read of erotic romance. The authors aren't just out for the sex scenes, but the make the characters real people with real problems. And real emotions. Not to mention the chemestry is just HOT! One of the great things is that these authors have no problem touching on "taboo" issues such as bondage while managing to show that it's a natural healthy act when between two people who care. Read it, you won't regret!

    Hot...Like we like it!

If you haven't picked up I Love Bad Boys, I don't know what you're waiting for. While I enjoyed all 3 stories, it's Lori Foster's that stands out for me. This is the 2nd story involving three friends. Becky is insecure with herself, but holds up her side of the bet involving her two best friends. She'll do what it takes to make her fantasies come true with George, the object of her afection. Not that he's complaining. Lori continues her streak of storytelling that will have you laughing, crying and falling in love along with her characters. A Must Read!

Three great stories in one book!

I Love Bad Boys is a collection of three hot, fun-to-read stories. Lori Foster's contribution, Indulge Me, is the second installment in her trilogy of novellas about 3 friends, the new sex shop in town and a pact - along with a steamy romance for each. Indulge Me is Becky and George's story, a fun and sexy tale about shy Becky's fantasies, and how George fullfills them. (Don't miss Lori Foster's stories about Becky's friends! You can find Asia and Cameron's story in Satisfy Me, Lori Foster's contribution to the anthology All Through the Night. Erica has her turn in Drive Me Wild, in the I Brake for Bad Boys anthology.) In "Naughty by Night," Janelle Denison tells the story of former football player Gabe and Chloe, the woman he's wanted for years. When he blew out his knee - and with it, his chances of an NFL career - giving her up seemed like the honorable thing to do. Now, he's back. Can Chloe forgive him? "When They Were Bad" by Donna Kauffman is the story of Cameron and Allison, two people who temporarily leave their "real" lives behind, in hopes of finding their wild sides at an intimate resort in the Caribbean. You'll want to read more by all three of these authors!

A hot and sexy summer read

I loved this book. It is anthology of three very talented authors. Lori Foster's story is sexy, steamy hot and just plain fun. her use of humor when you least expect it will having you laughing out loud. The story involves a sex store and a slight misunderstand that turns out well in the end. Janelle Denison turns a poker game into a hot and sexy bet. It doesn't turn out the way you expect it to and the humor is too funny. Donna Kauffman's story was a suprise for me. I have read her books for a while now and I had no idea she could write so hot. I loved her story. It shows that a person just can't change some basic fundamental facts about themselves and still be who they are.

    Hot! Hot! Hot!

Ladies, if you love bad boys, this anthology is for you! The first story, Indulge Me, is by Lori Foster. It tells the story of Becky Harte and George Westin. They've known each other for two years, but it's only after shy Becky and stud George run into each other at an erotic shop that the adventure truly begins! I liked this story because it's sexy. The scenes were very hot indeed! But that's not all. There's also a very tender, heartfelt emotion that develops between George and Becky as the story progresses.I also really like the friendship between Becky and her pals, Asia and Erica. This story alone makes I Love Bad Boys a good purchase. The second story is Naughty by Night by Janelle Denison. It involves Gabe MacKenzie and Chloe Anderson, two very likeable characters who have been in love for years but were parted by Gabe's stubborness. He's seen the light, though, and he's determined to win another chance with Chloe. He does, through a poker party wager, with some wonderful results. The final story is called And When They Were Bad by Donna Kauffman. This story, too, was very sensual. It is about Cameron James and Ally Walker, two people who meet while on vacation at a private club called Intimacies. Nothing is out of bounds at this club and Cam and Ally are free to explore all their deepest fantasies. I enjoyed I Love Bad Boys. It was a fun and easy read, perfect for lazing about on a summer day!

    WoW!!

If you are looking for hot, steamy scenes, this book is for you! All three stories fogged up my glasses. The best(in my opinion) was Lori Foster's 'Indulge Me'--it is actually the sequel to her story about Asia in 'All Through The Night'(also a page turner!) But you don't need to have read that one to get sucked into Becky and George's story--they are intriguing enough on their own! The book is worth the price just for this one alone. The second story 'Naughty By Night' by Janelle Denison is also good--Gabe left Chloe just after blowing out his knee and ending his chance of a career in pro football. Now he's back, a successful sports agent, and he wants to make up for leaving. He gets four days to do it--and he needs all four! If there is a weak part, it is the last story, 'And When They Were Bad' by Donna Kauffman. It has a spicy setting--a no-holds-barred private resort called Intimacies--and the sex is hot. But these three guys really aren't 'bad' boys. Really, they are boys who want to be bad, but just can't manage it. Which is ok. They are hunks anyway.

WOW!! Lori Foster , Donna Kauffman and Janelle Denison WOW us with a wonderul HOT read!!

Indulge Me by Lori Foster-- Becky Harte is a small town conservative girl. But she¿s a made a deal with her best friends¿they will all go to the erotica shop, Wild Honey, that¿s opened locally, find a man who had a fantasy that could match their own, and approach him. And it¿s Becky¿s turn now. George Westin is a supervisor at the factory Becky works for. She¿s always found him gorgeous, and when he looked at her it felt like he¿d physically touched her. But when her and her friends had planned this, she¿d always imagined a stranger she¿d never have to face again¿and then George walked into the shop. Becky with her sweet vulnerability and small town naïveté had always turned George on, but he never thought she¿d be interested in anything less than marriage. But even the thought of another guy getting close to her with this fantasy was something he couldn¿t handle. So he had to make himself available for her, didn¿t he? Whatever she wanted¿. What an incredibly HOT love story!! Kudos, Lori!! In so few pages Miss Foster manages to convey a beautiful love story, hot love scenes, and we get to know our characters quite well. Becky is an incredible heroine!! And George¿.he knows just how to handle Becky¿s vulnerabilities. I cannot wait for the other friends¿ stories to make it into my hot little hands!! Naughty By Night by Janelle Denison-- ¿And When They Were Bad by Donna Kauffman¿Cameron James IV has come to the exclusive island called Intimacies ¿looking for someone to drive him, push him, and take him into new arenas.¿ He¿s escaping his buys corporate world, and busy family to become some else. Someone who is not tied to being Mr. Nice Guy. Intimacies motto is whatever feels good. They offer many different choices, from mango wrestling to intimate grottos where you can do what you will¿Cameron thinks he knows just the type of woman he wants to set him free. Allison Walker has come to Intimacies to ¿discover her inner slut before she turns 30.¿ She thinks if she dresses and acts like that what she wants, it will all work out for her, and she¿ll have a great time. But once men begin to come onto her, she finds that not just any man will do. But she¿s determined, so she keeps trying. Cam finds himself reverting back to Mr. Nice Guy when he sees Allison in trouble with two guys that she can¿t seem to shake. Although she¿s not at all what he¿s pictured as the woman to set him free, he thinks there might be something there. He KNOWS there¿s something there when he saves her the second time, in the mango wrestling. She acted and dressed the part, but when he looked in her eyes he saw panic, and something else that drew him¿. This wonderful story will take you to an incredible, yet erotic, island. Ms. Kauffman draws you in by Allison¿s vulnerability, and Cam¿s reluctant desire for her. It was wonderful! And flaming hot love scenes, with a wonderful twist that will surprise you. The background island is incredible, and the superb writing makes you feel like you¿re there. WOW!! This anthology is not to be missed. All the stories are incredibly hot, beautifully written, and already have a spot on my keeper shelf. Brava is definitely going in the right direction with the wonderful authors they are picking up. I can¿t wait for the next anthology!!

    Satisfyingly Erotic!

'I Love Bad Boys' is a wonderful showcase of three very popular authors from one of the industry's hottest lines of books. Lori Foster continues her winning streak with Becky & George's story about expanding your horizons and trusting yourself to trust in someone else. George's charm and confidence makes him a very desirable hero, and Becky's innocence and particular hangup make her a perfect complement for him! 'Indulge Me' is a very fun and sexy read but way too short, as I wanted the story to go on. As with the previous title in this short series, you really feel as if you come to know the characters, and they stay with you for a long time. Ms. Foster also does a wonderful job with setting up the anticipation for Becky's friend Erica's story, coming soon (read the excerpt at Lori's site)! Janelle Dennison's contribution, 'Naughty by Night' is a wonderful story about unrequited love that's getting a second chance! I absolutely loved the way Gabe opened himself to her 'retribution' and the way that Chloe was confident enough to grab what she wanted. Donna Kauffman's novella, '...And When They Were Bad' really pushes some limits! Very daring and a bit startling at times, the way she depicts Cam & Allison's foray into a sex club is refreshing and very fun while still maintaing the story elements that make for good traditional romance. This is the first anthology in a long time where I enjoyed all the stories equally! All three stories are definitely worth the time and money, so don't hesitate further to check it out!

    I Love Bad Boys

This is the first anthology that I have read in along time that I have liked all of the stories. Lori Foster is the master of novellas, in my opinion, and with Indulge Me she holds on to that title. It is Beckys' turn to go into the porno shop and there she sees George the man who is determined to make her fantasy come true. Chloe is going to make Gabe pay for the way he left her six years earlier. She has four days to act out all of her fantasies before Gabe returns to Chicago in Janelle Denisons' Naughty By Night. Donna Kauffmans' And When They Were Bad takes place on Intimacies Island a Club Med like resort. Allison and Cameron are both there to shed their images as responsible adults and find their inner badselves. I only wish I could rate this book higher then a 5.
