Overview

Bite Me

One thing you have to know about my brother Sebastian: he loves being a vampire. He's eternally twenty-five. He's single, and frankly, he's a chick magnet. Yeah, undeath is good. The only thing he's serious about is his nightclub, Carfax Abbey. It's the sort of dark, happening spot where vampires can really let their fangs down. My brother Rhys and I have tried to get Sebastian to clean up his bad-boy ways like we did, but then he went and called us “fang-whipped.” Okay, Bite Boy, chew on this…

The ultimate righteous reformer, Wilhemina Weiss, is on a mission to shut down Carfax Abbey. It seems the spirited, sexy-without-knowing-it vampire is working undercover as a cocktail waitress while waging a secret war to bring him down. Sebastian's A-positive he can convince Miss Goody-Vampire-Two-Fangs that nothing beats the ecstasy of a good vampire bite. I gotta tell you, the suspense would kill me—if I weren't already undead…

Chapter One

"Why are you so scared of me?" Sebastian asked softly.

She shifted away as if she planned to move down a step and then bolt. He couldn't let that happen, not before he understood what had brought on this outburst.

"Wilhelmina, talk to me." He placed a hand on the wall, blocking her escape down the stairs.

She glared at him with more anger and more of that uncomfortable fear.

"You can bully your mortal conquests," she said, her voice low. "But you can't bully me."

Sebastian sighed. "My earlier behavior to the contrary, I don't want to bully you. Or anyone."

"You can't seduce me, either," she informed him.

"I don't ..." Seduce her? Was that what all this was about?

"Do you want me to seduce you?" he asked with a curious smile. Maybe that was the cause for her crazy outburst. She was jealous.

She laughed, the sound abrupt and harsh. "Hardly. I just told you that I didn't want you to seduce me."

"No," he said slowly. "You told me I can't. That sounds like a challenge."

Irritation flared from her, blotting out some of the fear. "Believe me, I'm so not interested."

He raised an eyebrow at her disdain. "Then why do you care about me being with that blonde?"

"That blonde?" she said. "Is hair color the way youidentify all your women? It's got to be a confusing system, as so many of them have the same names."

He studied her for a minute, noting that just a faint flush colored her very pale cheeks

"Are you sure you don't want me to seduce you?" he asked again, because as far as he could tell, there was no other reason for her to care about the identification system for his women.

She growled in irritation, the sound raspy and appealing in a way it shouldn't have been.

Sebastian blinked. He needed to stay focused. This woman thought he was a jerk, that shouldn't be a draw for him.

"Why did you say those things?" he asked. "What have I done to make you think I'm so terrible?"

Her jaw set again, and her midnight eyes locked with his. "Are you going to deny that you're narcissistic?"

He frowned. "Yes. I'm confident maybe, but no, I'm not a narcissist."

She lifted a disbelieving eyebrow at that. "And you are going to deny egocentric, too?"

"Well, since egocentric is pretty much the same as narcissistic, then yes, I'm going to deny it."

Her jaw set even more, and he suspected she was gritting her teeth, which for some reason made him want to smile. He really was driving her nuts. He liked that.

He was hurt that she had such a low opinion of him, but he did like the fact that he seemed to have gotten under her skin.

"I think we can also rule out vain, too," he said, "because again that's pretty darn similar to narcissistic and egocentric." He smiled slightly.

Her eyes narrowed, and she still kept her lips pressed firmly together-their pretty bow shape compressed into a nearly straight line.

"So you see," he continued, "I think this whole awful opinion that you have formulated about me might just be a mixup. What you thought was conceit, which is also another word for narcissism," he couldn't help adding, "was just self-confidence."

His smile broadened, and Wilhelmina fought the urge to scream. He was mocking her. Still the egotistical scoundrel. Even now, after she'd told him exactly what she thought of him. He was worse than what she'd called him. He was ... unbelievable.

"What about depraved?" she asked. Surely that insult had made him realize what she thought. "What about it?" he asked, raising an eyebrow, looking every inch the haughty, depraved vampire she'd labeled him.

"Are you going to deny that one, too?" she demanded.

He pretended to consider, then shook his head. "No, I won't deny that one. Although I'd consider myself more debauched than depraved. In a very nice way, however."

He grinned again, that sinfully sexy twist of his lips, and her gaze dropped to his lips. Full, pouting lips that most women would kill for. But on him, they didn't look the slightest bit feminine.

What was she thinking? Her eyes snapped back to his, but the smug light in his golden eyes stated that he'd already noticed where she'd been staring.

She gritted her teeth and focused on a point over his shoulder, trying not to notice how broad those shoulders were. Or how his closeness made her skin warm.

He shifted so he was even closer, his chest nearly brushing hers, his large body nearly surrounding her in the small stairwell. His closeness, the confines of his large body around hers, should have scared her, but she only felt ... tingly.

"So, now that we've sorted that out," he said softly. "Why don't we go back to my other question?"

She swallowed, trying to ignore the way his voice felt like a velvety caress on her skin. She didn't allow herself to look at him, scared to see those eyes like perfect topazes.

"Why are you frightened of me, Mina?"

Because she was too weak, she realized. Because, despite what she knew about him, despite the fact that she knew he was dangerous, she liked his smile, his lips, those golden eyes. Because she liked it when he called her Mina.

Because she couldn't forget the feeling of his fingers on her skin.

She started as his fingers brushed against her jaw, nudging her chin toward him, so her eyes met his. Golden topazes that glittered as if there was fire locked in their depths.

Once again she was reminded of the ill-fated moth drawn to an enticing flame. She swallowed, but she couldn't break their gaze.

"You don't have to be afraid of me," he assured her quietly.

Yes, she did. God, she did.

    Delightful Vampire tale

Kathy Love has written a delightful story that you can really sink your teeth into in ¿I Only Have Fangs For You.¿ Sebastian Young is a major play in the vampire club scene. He owns one of the hippest night sports Carfax Abbey. His newest waitress Wilhelmina Weiss is one odd duck. But there is something about her that draws him like a moth to a flame. Mina Weiss agrees to go undercover as a waitress to bring the evil Sebastian Young to his knees. One plan after another fails and she is at her wits end. But the longer she works at the bar the more she realizes Sebastian is not the evil man her club makes him out to be. She gets Sebastian to agree to no biting of humans for one month, but in return he will show her the true joys of being a vampire. Sebastian and Mina are made for each other they are funny and sexy. But will Sebastian forgive Mina when he finds out the truth about her. Kathy Love has another keeper on her hands. I hope the Young¿s Sister Elizabeth gets her own story soon.

Kathy Love provides a fun Manhattan vampiric romp.

Sebastian Young loves everything about being a vampire living in New York City, but especially enjoys the mortal females who flock to his nightclub Carfax Abbey. Other vampires frequent the in spot as they can let loose and not worry about exposing their kind. However, Sebastian seems a bit taken with his new vampiric cocktail waitress Wilhelmina Weiss.---------------- Unbeknownst to Sebastian, Wilhelmina is working undercover to close the club that she feels is immoral and brings harm to vampires everywhere. She also hopes to reform Sebastian of his biting ways. When she rejects his fangs, Sebastian takes that as a declaration of gender war not seen by the undead since his brother Rhys suffered amnesia (see FANGS FOR THE MEMORIES) or perhaps when his sister Jolee took on the reformer (FANGS BUT NO FANGS).------------- The third fangs take Manhattan paranormal romance is a humorous tale that fans of the series will appreciate while newcomers will seek the backlist. The lighthearted story line is actually a battle between two opposite types as Wilhelmina believes that biting humans is wrong while Sebastian loves a nip or two until he meets the reformer whose only chance to reform him rests in his biting her. Kathy Love provides a fun Manhattan vampiric romp.--------------- Harriet Klausner

Cute Story, but missiong some action.

The chemistry between the main characters were awesome, not lacking at all, the only thing I felt missing was some serious action and conflicts. The book seemed lacking when it came to conflicts, everything just went smoothly, sorta.

    Vampire Series

This was a nice ending to the Young brother's stories. All turned vampire by an evil vampire mistress in the 1800's; each has to find their way through life and love. Sebastian, the youngest and most irresponsible of the three, has not yielded to the ideals of his brothers to drink blood from a bag and settled down with a mate. Luckily for Sebastian he meets that special someone at his club while she is trying to sabotage his business.
As part of the Society (aka SPAMM), Mina is responsible for taking down Sebastian's business because he is considered the third most dangerous vampire in the city. Tragically turned against her will and then left to die, there is a lot about being a vampire that she doesn't understand. So, to impress upon her the beauty of being a vampire, Sebastian offers to give up biting if she'll let him teach her how to be a vampire. Needless to say, love blossoms and happiness if found by all.

    I Also Recommend:

    I loved this book!

I am a big fan of vampire books and rthis book did not disappoint! The main characters are awesome. Sebastian is funny and a big flirt that you just can't help but love and Mina is so clumsy and innocent that it's cute. For once a vampire didn't seem all beatiful and graceful as they usually, Kathy Love made the character of Mina very normal and determend. The story of Sebastian and Mina is my favorite out of the series of the Young brothers! The story is romantic and thrilling, with some interesting mystery about Mina that you don't figure out til well into the book.I read the book in one day i couldn't put it down. I recommend this book to anyone who loves vampire romance or that just love romance novels, i garentee you'll like it.

    I Also Recommend:

SEBASTIAN IS SEXY SINGLE ALWAYS THE BITE OF THE BALL, AND LOVING IT.

Mina is a lost vampiress, who has no idea who she is or what she is about. Sebastian on the other hand knows exactly who and what he is and has no intention to change his bad boy ways. Mina and her misguided atempts to change Sebastian and shut down his club are backfiring left and right and she has no idea what to do, but doesn't want to be seen as a failure to S.P.A.M, so she keeps trying. Sebastian is determined not to be "fang whipped" like his older brothers, but when Mina the lost comes into his club and things spiral out of control, he is baffled by her awkwardness and tries to help her, and thats where the fun begins. Rhys and Christian try to help their little brother figure out he's falling head over heals, and having the time of their lives watching the self professed "single and loving it" brother becoming just another fang whipped Young man. A very fun read. Lots of laugh your a$$ off lines in this book and the whole series. Start with "Fangs For The Memories" then "Fangs But No Fangs" then this one then "My Sister Is A Werewolf". A very fun series.

    Breathtakingly amazing!

This series is so good. I mean I couldn't help but read it over and over again. Sebastian is so amazing, and if you're into immortal men, Sebastian is going to blow you away. Each of the book tells the story of each brothers and the last one to this series tells the story of their sister. My favorite has to be this one. Immortality had never been so good. :]

    A reviewer

This book is soooooo hot and very sexual! When I first got this book I had no idea it was so descriptive and detailed about the sex scenes! But if it wasn't so descriptive it wouldn't suck you in to the scenes as if you were there in the room as the narrator read what was happening! I recommend this book to anyone over 14 years old!
