I purchased this spark notes because in the items description it clearly states that there is a chapter by chapter review of the book, this is not the case, there is no chapter by chapter analysis. I have tried taking up my case with customer service to no avail, they think I'm having a technical issue with the pdf or that I'm having trouble understanding their return policy and are either too ignorant or careless to understand that my problem is with the content or lack thereof and the items description stating that there is something that there is not in the purchased product. I would think that an incomplete product could be returned as well as a product that does not meet the description that was listed. Let's put this into context; if a audio cd is purchased and the description of the item says there is 10 tracks and when it arrives it only has two wouldn't this warrant a return? I suppose that my case isn't exactly the same according to Barnes and Noble. The content in this pdf is available at sparknotes dot com for free and I would recommend going there over wasting money and time arguing with their inept customer service representatives. If you absolutely need a pdf file of a sparknote do yourself a favor and download a free print to pdf program and make your own pdf for free.
