Entertaining way to help parents lead their children to make a good choice when selecting a pet to bring home. Kids will enjoy the story simply because of the antics of the animals and the vivid drawings.

This is actually a really cute story. I love that the child and father interact in such a posative way. It's not the best book I've ever read to my neices, but it is still one that I know they will like to read over and over again.

It's great to read a book where a parent and his child interact nicely. Great illustrations complete the whole reading experience!

Excellent for rhyme with young children. Cute story with ideas to have kids make predictions and retell stategies. Good book!

This book is okay if read by yourself. The narrator is dull.

This book is cute, but the reader for the "Read to Me" feature read much too quickly. It was like he was speed reading. My three year old daughter didn't care for it at all. I tried to just read it to her myself, but after listening to 3 pages of the RTM voice, she wanted nothing more to do with the book.

Cute story. My 3 yr old granddaughter enjoyed it the first time, but it's not her first choice when picking stories to read on the nook.

My 4 yr old grandson loves this book. I like the feature that I can read and record, so that he has my voice read it to him. Cute story!
