Editorial Reviews

From The Critics
All five books about Dawn Rochelle's struggles with cancer and overall health have been reprinted and will make a fitting gift for any who want the complete set. I Want To Live charts the lapse of Dawn's remission period and the challenges she faces in handling a bone marrow transplant from her brother; but the others in the series detailing her initial diagnosis, struggle for life, encounter with an ill friend, and ongoing mental changes make for excellent leisure choices.

    Great Tear Jerker Book

This book made me cry the frist time I read it two years ago. Now I have read it again and I still love it. It made me cry then and it still does. I think Lurlene McDaniel is one of my favorite authors. I have read most of her books. I hope that you enjoy this book. Email me if you have anymore questions on the book!

    Greatest book ever!!!!!!!!!!

I want to live was a great book. It showed a great bond between a brother and sister. It also showed how cancer can affect a teenagers life. I'm fourteen, and I admit I used to take life for granted until I read the Dawn Rochelle series. Now it makes me look at life differently. This book is a must read.

    Wounderful

This book is wounderful because for those who are ill it gives them hope that there are ways out there to over come the illness and that they too mite be fine one day but that they should not give up on life.
