Editorial Reviews

Children's Literature - Marilyn Courtot
Little Tilly just loves to dance. When she gets a pink tutu for her birthday, she is so entranced that she wears it to the park, school, the zoo and lots of other inappropriate places. Finally, her mother enrolls her in dance classes where she can wear her tutu and learn to be a ballerina.

    I Wear My Tutu Everywhere

I loved this book when I was little... always begging my mom to read it to me and everything. I think it was the first book I ever read by myself. We still have the ratty copy, and now that I'm starting ballet 'this fall', I'd really like to find this book and just read it, to sort of bring back memories. A wonderful book!

For all little girls dreaming of sugarplums and pointe shoes

This was one of the staples of my childhood - I had dreams of becoming a prima ballerina, and I literally wore my tutu everywhere. Given to me by a kind neighbor who became one of my favourite people, I 'read' this book or insisted that my mum read it to me countless times. I think everyone except me got bored of the story! This is an excellent story for any young, aspiring ballerina.

    I Wear My Tutu Everywhere

This is one of my daughters' favorite books when they were little. They loved the rhyming and the loved the story. We wore our first copy out and had to buy another.
