An Guide to Help Adults Help Children...

This is one of the best, most concise and to the point books on loss I have read. After reading about 10 useless books on loss, I happened upon this. I bought it for my best friends son, but found it also helped me! It helps adults explain many different types of loss to children of many age levels. Loss from a friend moving, a divorce, the death of a pet or a family member. The book is written by a family therepist, but doesn't have all of the usual 'mumbo-jumbo' that might turn a lot of people, especially children off. I found the book to be very well written and would recommend it without reservation.

Great book for little kids (4-10)

My daughter loved reading this book with me so much that she brought it to our grief group meeting to share it with her friends! It's easy enough for little kids to read even without great skill.
