Meet the Author

Shayna (Lance) King was a Broadcast Journalist in top 20 markets for more than 15 years. She has multiple Associated Press awards including recognition in Breaking News, Investigative Journalism and Individual Achievement. Ms. King is the author of the Audie Award Nominated and Golden Earphone Award Winning book, �Sugar Pop Thoughts.� She is currently the Director of the Tampa and Orlando Campuses of the Connecticut School of Broadcasting and lives in Riverview with her husband, daughter and far too many pets.

Bill currently has his own sports talk show with 620 WDAE. He writes a weekly sports column in Creative Loafing Tampa. Bill is also a contributing instructor with the Connecticut School of Broadcasting Tampa Campus. Bill runs marathons. Husband to Mary (a saint) and father to Chewie and Emmitt (shelter rescues). Bill has been hired and fired many times.
