An okay read - Spoiler Alert

The book was a decent read. My only problem was the two main characters falling in love so quickly at the end. Ranperen barely had time to process Nimaya's death and then suddenly he's going to marry Tantia? No. That part reminded of a cheesy romance novel and not the awesome fantasy novel it was overall. I wished the author either spent more time building their love in the book - he attempted but not nearly enough for me - or better developed their love for each other in the second book. Other than that I thought the book was great. Thanks.

    Ignition

THis book has a five star story and is one star in its written form. The punctuation is haphazard and used inappropriately in many instances, The author doesn't seem to know the difference between to and too. He apparently just used spellcheck as his editor, but it can't correct bad usage of words. He needs to have an editor, before he releases his books. He, also, doesn't always use the proper word, using words that sound similar, to what he wants to say, but having different meanings, ie "brigade" when he means "brigand". Even though the book has a myriad of problems, I still enjoyed it,

    Adventure Awaits!

Rick Dearman¿s Ignition (The Librarian 1) was a fun adventure with fantasy, love, action, murder, good versus evil, and best of all sorcery! It all begins with the head librarian and mage being poisoned, and thus, Ranperan and Tantia, two students, are sent on a quest. It was a really fun read and I look forward to book 2!
