IGUANA is, a stunning achievement. The characterization is superb, the suspense uncanny, and the scene shifts masterful. St. James not only flexes his muscles with his business acumen and familiarity with the boardroom, but he sustains and elevates the suspense through neck-snapping scene shifts that leave the reader begging for more. Plot, action, suspense, setting and characterization all conspire to produce a five star turn-on. St. James' beautiful and ingenius CIA agent Beatriz Chavez is positively dazzling. Iguana sizzles with the arrogance of the movers and shakers of the energy trade and takes the reader into the exotic climates of South America and the Caribbean. This page-turner you will not be able to put down.

Without a doubt, one of the best reads I've enjoyed over the past ten years, and I read mountains. St. James masters suspense, and the dramatic tension is uncanny.

This is a book you won't want to put down. It tells the tale of corporate America's obsessive behavior of winning at all costs. It is a meshing of THE FIRM with TRAFFIC. Jump in, hold on, and enjoy the ride.
