This book is all you need to pass both portions of the exam (nat and state). The book is written in a very comprehensible manner, very 'down to the point,' with every chapter and heading tied into the Illinois laws. I bought 4 books total, thinking that I would use all of them. However, I ended up going through this one and passing the exam in a first try. Only one chapter is dedicated to Illinois law specifically, but it's broken down so good - you don't need to read anything else! This book is the best thing that happened to Illinois Real Estate education!
