This book is all you need to pass both portions of the exam (nat and state). The book is written in a very comprehensible manner, very 'down to the point,' with every chapter and heading tied into the Illinois laws. I bought 4 books total, thinking that I would use all of them. However, I ended up going through this one and passing the exam in a first try. Only one chapter is dedicated to Illinois law specifically, but it's broken down so good - you don't need to read anything else! This book is the best thing that happened to Illinois Real Estate education! Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
