    High quality erotica!

One of the common misconceptions is that almost anybody can write about sex, that erotic writing is the quickest way to make ebook riches, This is hardly the case, as majority of erotic books stay unread, as they are quite frankly unreadable, mistaking vulgarity and obscenity for passion.

That is why Cheril N. Clark’s “Erotic Escapades” is so good. The book has high quality sex writing, which raises the temperature of the readers, and at the same time never resorting to any vulgarity or cheapness. But high quality writing something I’ve come to expect from Cheril having already read many of her other books, including the exceedingly entertaining “The Beautiful People” series – so you may consider me to be a big fan.

While I liked “The Beautiful People” a lot more than this book, I understand this is one of her Cheril’s earlier works, so her talent in this book is raw, but visible, while in her later works, it’s much more refined and mature. But what I like most about this book, and this distinguishing character is a factor in all of Cheril’s work, is the fact that one can be gay or straight, white or black – without it being a big deal. In fact, the sheer diversity of the characters in her books is considered to be normal rather than something worthy of being fussed at or commented upon.

This is a fascinating new world – a multi-cultural world without any bigotry or racism, one in which feisty, independent and (extremely) sexy young women like Kenya, the main protagonist of this book, rule the roost.Another great book from a talented writer.
