I'm Gonna Be Dead Someday... [Explicit Lyrics]

Editorial Reviews

Barnes & Noble - Dr. Demento

Presumably he kick starts this hour-plus set with a shocker to demonstrate that all taboos are off the table; the rest of the album is thoroughly heterosexual! Captured live onstage during a show in Houston, Rogan talks about sex virtually nonstop, although he finds time for a little digression -- about soccer, the Olympics, and why "other countries suck." He might have intended the track "Voodoo Punanny" for radio play, but you ...

He might have intended the track "Voodoo Punanny" for radio play, but you certainly won't hear it on Radio Disney! Other than that, it's good old locker-room male bonding, pure and simple. There's an eye-opening bit about the differences between the audiences for female and male strippers, and Rogan sprinkles nice insights throughout. Would you consider this CD profound comedy? Naaah. Is it shocking? To some folks, probably. But on its own terms, I'm Gonna Be Dead Someday makes an excellent X-rated party record (total F-word count: 201).
