The author has earned his reputation as the go-to guy on the subject of LinkedIn. Not only does the book cover the core foundation of LinkedIn with thorough coverage of "Profiles" but also covers provides some depth and suggestions on how to benefit from the many new features including "Groups" and "Answers". If you want to leverage LinkedIn and take advantage of all that is available, you will be happy with this book. This is the 2nd Edition and the added content and additional insight make this book a worthy purchase, even in you read the original. The author shares his recommendations from his own experiences, and also provides generous links and references to other thought-leaders of LinkedIn and social media. I have plenty of yellow highlighter in my copy!
I was fortunate enough to have got involved with LinkedIn in its early stages and have developed my network and added pieces as I have gone along. But for anyone looking at on line networking now it is a daunting task - probably daunting enough to put many off from even embarking on this journey.
