    from the authors

Danyelle and I wrote this book for all couples. We realized during our life journey that we really did not know how to be in a healthy relationship. We share what we discovered, what we learned works and doesn't work, and some of our personal experiences as well as those of some of our clients. This book 'has that rare balance between heart and cognition, story and tools. It is a practical guide to all that can make a relationship work'. After reading this book you will have a better understanding of yourself and why you interact with your partner the way you do. You will understand why your buttons are being pushed by your partner and what to do about it. We provide many action steps to take to resolve internal issues as well as issues within your relationship. The Five Paths in the title refers to the mental, physical, emotional, will, and spiritual dimensions. We believe that relationships function on all five of these dimensions, and as such, an inquiry must be made in to all five to create a deeper synergy with your partner. We are excited to be able to share this book and our experiences with you.

    Synergy in Relationships

Every relationship will benefit from the exercises and the wisdom in this book. This is a great 'do-it-yourself' tool for couples who want to be in synergy but don't know how. This book is written clearly and gives practical exercises to help understand your partner and to heal the emotional baggage that we all carry. Three cheers for Danyelle Beaudry-Jones!

Don't settle for an 'OK' relationship!

The most important reading of my life, no more psychologists for me! After 20 years of doing therapies on and off; The author touches the core issues that are keeping us from living in synergy with ourselves and in our relationships. With the tools that are presented in this book, I have discovered what it means to be responsible for my emotions, I have learned how to contain and process those emotions. I have learn to express myself from a calm and centered place and to discern the facts from the judgements. If you think that your relationship is all that it can't be right now and/or you have settle for mediocrity or just an OK one, if you have lost all hopes of ever seeing it transformed, buy this book right now; it will transform yourself, your family dynamic and above all, your relationship. This book is easy to read, the chapters are extremely well organized and you can start using the tools right away and notice transformation of how you communicate and interact with your partner. I wouldn't be surprised that Danyelle Beaudry Jones and her husband Ron, are the next Oprah's favorite relationship experts! Suzanne Perrault, Kansas City
