Imminent Thunder
The secluded old house on the edge of town seems the perfect place for Honor Nightingale to make a fresh start and find peace. But then the voices begin, whispering of unspeakable horrors.
Her enigmatic neighbor Ian McLaren has clearly seen too much of the dark side, and it has marked him forever. He alone believes her nightmare is real. As the darkness closes in, Honor finds herself hungering for him, even as the voices murmur to her to flee his touch....
Thunder Mountain
Mercy Kendrick cannot escape the sensation that the storm-racked mountain looking down on Conard County is a living, breathing entity—something so powerful it could destroy an unwelcome mortal in an instant.
One man, known as Gray Cloud, has vowed to stand guard over the mountain, which has been sacred to his people since the beginning of time. Yet despite his forceful presence, Mercy cannot stay away from the mountain—or its keeper.

An enjoyable book. Great characters with the right touch of paranormal. Although a bit dated it didn't affect the story line. I'd recommend it.

I can not count how many times i have re-read this book throughout the years. Of course it was way ahead of the curve on military heros...and paranormal elements woven into romance.
