Editorial Reviews

Roseanne Wilkins
When I first started reading Immortal Wounds, I couldn't put it down. It's exciting, the characters are well drawn, and the addition of Phoebe's reincarnation adds a distinctly different twist to the genre. If you enjoyed the honeymoon scenes in Breaking Dawn, you will enjoy Immortal Wounds. Well written debut novel.

    Page Turner!!!!

I didn't know this book would be so interesting. I literally couldn't put it down. It just completely grabbed my attention and held it to the end. I loved the book. Even the unexpected sad ending. I can't wait to get the second book.

    Twilight meets Underworld

I felt like I was reading a really bad B movie. The author blogged that she had intended to make the heroine a little weak and whiney but this went far far beyond "little bit". I had read her Pinehurst series first and loved it from the first sentence. I am not sure this was even written by the same person. It is just that bad, and I won't pick up the second in the series, I will just google to find out what happens rather than subject myself to more of that kind of pain. It got one star because I couldn't post without it. Do not doubt that this auhor CAN do better, Pinehurst is a delightful, sexy, fun and laugh out loud read. I just think the author must have had an accident and was on pain pills or depressed when she wrote this.

    Just ok

The book is about 800 pgs. Read about 300 and had to stop. The main female character was too whiny. Otherwise it would have been a pretty decent read.

    Needs serious editing

This book could have been half as long and twice as good. The writer was too indulgent with her main cnaracters and their love story which im sure was fun for her but tedious for me. It was too bad because there is potential in her writing. However i doubt i can finish this book

    Alicias review

This book is another twilight series! It that good. But trust me. In this book the vampire dont glow nor does the wolves turn into ACTUAL wolves. If you like a sensitive reincarnated girl who loves a vampire and finds out she has whole line of past lovers and chaos chaos events with violence n sword play. This will be one hell of a book. And we cannot forget the war between 2 species and ambomitions, can we?
I dare you to read this and see if you like my review. :*D

A very good book. I can not wait for the next book. This is a must read for any vampire/werewolf fan. If you loved Underworld and Twilight then you will enjoy this book. It is a well thought out story line that leaves you wanting the ending to never come. This book is a great read for all ages.

Great story line....but I almost got whiplash from the back and forth emotions of the characters. The heroine seems more like she is 13 than 23... and she NEVER listens to advice/warnings. Still worth reading :-)

    Lame

I felt like I was reading Twilight and Underworld rolled into one. The story line was not original in the least and a poor read. Grane did a much better job with Pinehurst.
