    A reviewer

    I liked the book and I thought it was an informative, well written book. However I found the title misleading. What it is, is an excellent treatment on the use of Hoshin Kanri planning to achieve lean goals. So although the topical material is well presented, other topics which lean managers must face such as day to day management, training, promoting etc., are not really covered.
