enough to get me motivated again

nice short read. not sure why it's titled what it is, are you suppose to only read "one day" per day and apply it accordingly. If so the world will not see a change in 7 days. I read the whole thing in one sitting and applied everything at once. Even then i doubt the world will see a diff. in 7 days. it's about simple life style changes which is great and it did get me motivated to get back on the treadmill so cannot complain one bit. I like the quote he states in the beginning & end of book. I took a dry-erase marker and wrote it on my bedroom mirror so that it's the first and last thing I read. I did alter it a bit and added few of my own. Such as WALK EVERY DAY-NO EXCUSES. Get your @$$ on the treadmill!!- You WILL feel better! Makes me smile- and get on the treadmill:)

    Save your money

Kind of a waste. Nothing new. If you know anything at all about health, don't bother reading this book.

    Honestly..?

This book might be good for someone that has no clue but I found this all to be common sense.

    It got me going

I knew a lot of the information (which is very up-to-date) but needed that push to make a commitment in a couple of areas, in particular exercise and sugar control. The drawings are small and not all that clear but they are adequate to illustrate the text. At age 73 I have back and foot/leg problems that interfere with walking a lot but perhaps as I dig into the nice variety of basic exercises and stretches, I will be able to do more than just use my stationary bike and 4-pound dumbbells that I currently use.
