    ONE OF THE GREATS

Out of a 5 I would definitley give it a 5. This book has EVERYTHING I look for in a good book. A little bit of history, a little bit a fantasy, and a whole lot of entertainment. It was one of the best fantasy books I've read. And I seriously look forward to reading a second one. Great job MR. CROSS!!!!!!

    Interesting

For a fiction there is an interesting view of magic. It is written in a way that made me feel the olde times. I like the index of words used in the back. They appear to be latin or similar. I also thought the female charactor Master Vele was interesting though it was hard for me to place a woman like her in the setting.
