    In Defense of Hunting

    This book is a very interesting read, and brings up some very valid points to think about.

    Excellent source of information to inspire your OWN defense of hunting.

    I beleive Swan does an excllent job in developing factual evidence, explaining Native American beleifs and arming the reader with the emotional intelligence to establish their OWN defense of hunting. He certainly doesn't do your thinking for you, but provides some of the tools to establish a position grounded in facts. Spirituality is an important part of the history of hunting Swan ties it into the book nicely.

    Disappointed

    I was a bit on the disappointed side, the author James A. Swan went off into left field with cosmic philosophy's that did not do justice to the books title. The three stars are just for good references and notes. I was hoping to get a book that would vastly arm me with information that would help me defend hunting.
