Erica N. Belcher is a published author and freelance writer who holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities with a major in women's studies and minors in African-American studies and political philosophy from Florida State University. She began writing professionally in 2009 and has written articles on such topics as grant writing and standardized testing. She wrote her first published short story, "In Due Time" while residing in Yesan-Gun, Chungnamdo, South Korea where she was teaching English as a Foreign Language.
