Editorial Reviews

In good marriages and bad ones, money is never far out of the picture. And in hard times and rocky relationships, it's an especially thorny issue that can't be avoided. Family counselor and relationships expert M. Gary Neuman and his wife, Melisa, use their professional and personal expertise to instruct couples on how to talk -- and how not to talk -- about family finances. In Good Times & Bad encompasses far more than general communication issues about money; it also covers coping with specific situations such as serious illness, job loss, and spending on leisure activities and nonessentials.
