Overview

Little Casey loves baseball. Even before the child was born, his father knew that the kid was going to be a baseball player and prepared a nursery theme of baby blue walls with baseball angels in the form of porcelain dolls, framed pictures, and the new Big Head poster of Cal Ripken Jr.; his Dad's favorite Major League player on the wall.
Two years later, Casey loves baseball and everyone realizes it. He knows exactly what to do with that little plastic bat and ball his father so anxiously waited to get for him. Every night, when Casey's father comes home from work, it's "Game Time!" They play ball in the living room, watch their favorite big league team on the big screen with surround sound for a better "learning experience," with a side order of Baseball Tonight on ESPN. Finally, the two finish the night talking about baseball and dad hopefully believing that his little Casey will dream of making the big play or hitting the big home run; Casey at the plate...right?
Parents, do you know what to do next?
In Pursuit of the College Baseball Scholarship is a book of wisdom and insight on how to pursue a college baseball scholarship from the perspective of a coach who has been there and done it well.

IN PURSUIT OF THE COLLEGE BASEBALL SCHOLARSHIP

I love the gesture of sharing valuable information with others. Therefore I liked In Pursuit Of The Baseball Scholarship, even before I read it. I was pleased to discover, after reading Sean¿s book, that my bias was not misplaced.

Baseball coach Sean Collins has written an invaluable, `how-to¿ book--a must read for parents of young aspiring ballplayers hoping to get a college baseball scholarship and pursue a serious baseball career. It is equally important for the young ballplayer to read Sean¿s book. He lays out just what it takes, step by step, physically, mentally and academically, to have the optimum shot at a college scholarship.

After reading Sean¿s book, a friend of mine said, ¿If we had only known then what I know now¿¿ He¿s the father of two baseball-loving sons who were superior athletes, but who both failed to obtain baseball scholarships.

In Pursuit Of The College Baseball Scholarship is easy to read, and gives the reader the feeling that he¿s privy to inside information, straight from the horse¿s mouth. Sean speaks with the authority of having been there and done that. He parleyed his baseball skills into a full scholarship at a major university, enjoyed a stint in the minors and now heads up the baseball program at a major prep school. Sean can honestly say that baseball has been very, very good to him.

Sean took full advantage of his baseball skills, and is kind enough to show us how it¿s done. It would be foolish not to read this book. I am so confident that you will find Sean¿s book useful that I¿m surprised that it didn¿t come with money back guarantee.

Speaking of money, at only $12.95, In Pursuit Of The Collage Baseball Scholarship is a steal.

.

.
