Lisa Mendez believes it is possible, though a thousand questions remain. As with Alex, the answers to Lisa's questions lay buried deep within the innocent soul of her daughter. One of the best books I've ever read....

This book is compelling. The characters leap off the page. They truly live. I find myself truly wanting to return to the world of Alex Mendez and the crew. The story itself is taut and neatly woven. The ending is positively unexpected, frightening and fulfilling all at once! YOu really need to read this one! I hate that self-published and small press books are so overpriced, but this is the reason I continue to buy them.... there are so many valuable diamonds in the rough.

    Touching... Moving.... Captivating

I can't say enough good things about this book. This story moves you. The characters are real and believable. It's clear to me that Hancock wrote from the heart with this story. It just reads like it's very personal. I would say that anyone who likes a good pure story with some decent scares should pick this book up. It's action packed, riviting and the underlying themes will definitely grab you.

If this book is not in your library, you don't really have a library.

I must say, I'm not an avid reader of fiction but I had a hard time putting this one down. There was so much going on and the characters changing so much I was worried there wouldn¿t be anyone left for the rest of the series .The book reminds me of a Quentin Tarantino movie, just when you think you got it all figured out everything completely changes. It¿s a cocktail of sort, a little bit of police thriller with a shot of God and devil. A perfect mix of character depth and well defined settings , but your not beat down with details. A good read by any token.

    Not worth your time!!

Ugh...sooooooooo overly dramatic and wordy, to say the least. I honestly hated this book. Too bad I can't return it for a refund. This guy really needs a writing class or 50.

    Excellent Book

I am admittedly not a big book reader but i really enjoyed this book. Having Spina Bifida myself added to my enjoyment of the story. I had to force myself to put it down some nights so i could get enough sleep for work the next day. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series and i have high expectations for it!
